Lost Funds Recovery

What to do if your deposit is not showing up.

Did you deposit USDC but don't see it? Don't panic.

Scenario 1: Wrong Network (Ethereum Mainnet)

You sent USDC via Ethereum instead of Polygon.

  • Solution: Your funds are safe in your wallet address, but they are on the wrong chain. You need to use a Bridge (like Polygon Portal) to move them from Ethereum to Polygon.

Scenario 2: Wrong Token

You sent USDT (Tether) instead of USDC.

  • Solution: You need to use a DEX (like Uniswap or QuickSwap) on Polygon to swap your USDT to USDC.

Scenario 3: CEX Delay

Exchanges (Binance/Coinbase) sometimes batch withdrawals.

  • Solution: Check the TXID (Transaction ID) on PolygonScan. If the transaction is "Success" on-chain, the money is in your wallet. Try refreshing the Polymarket page or clearing cache.

Scenario 4: Wrong Address

You sent funds to a random address or a contract address that isn't yours.

  • Solution: Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible. These funds are likely lost.
